I have a BS and MS of Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
I have 9+ years experience in full custom residential design, commercial renovations, residential renovations, additions, vaulting ceilings, and removing bearing walls.
I have forensic investigation experience in foundation issues (cracks, bowing, water leaks), sagging/bouncy floors, interior cracks and general structural inspections for code compliance.
